We are a growing marketing and sales company that specializes in direct, face-to-face marketing campaigns for established brands. Our team focuses on delivering professional customer interactions that support brand awareness and customer acquisition. We are currently hiring Junior Marketing Associates to support our retail-based campaigns.

Position Summary
The Junior Marketing Associate role is an entry-level position responsible for engaging customers, providing product information, and assisting with sign-ups or purchases in retail and community settings. This role involves direct customer interaction and on-site marketing activities. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands during in-person marketing campaigns within a retail setting
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with enrollments, purchases, or general inquiries
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as required
Follow all company policies and client compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with the public
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required
