We are a distributor of Restaurant and Commercial Kitchen utensils and equipment. We sell everything from glasses and kitchenware to heavy equipment as well as POS systems, and serving robots.
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive sales growth, foster lasting relationships, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating enthusiasm to inspire customer interest
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their requirements, ensuring a positive experience
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while maintaining attention to detail
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain organized product displays and stock levels to attract attention and facilitate easy browsing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a vibrant store atmosphere
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service and sales roles required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse customers
- Demonstrated motivation for achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices is a plus but can be developed on the job
