Summary
The Funding Analyst role is a cross-functional position that serves the Corporate Finance team in a variety of accounting and operating activities. By working closely with the Check Run team and Financial Operations – Receipts team, the position ensures the team adheres to our established processes and procedures. The position requires basic accounts payable knowledge, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail and reports to the Funding Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Processes checks, ACH payments, and wires
- Research and resolve issues.
- Work with stop loss payments – reconcile/record/communicate
- Responds to vendor and internal inquiries accurately and timely.
- Facilitates ACH for Void Transaction refunds to clients.
- Assist in automation and process improvement.
- Lucent Health retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Strong organization and time management skills; effectively handling multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for working independently and within a team in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to think creatively and offer new solutions.
- Minimum of two years related finance experience and/or training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred but not required.
