Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Consultant to join our rapidly growing sales team. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role focused on driving new revenue and customer expansion through consultative selling. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the abcPOS platform while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by:
- Managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Identifying and closing new business and upsell opportunities through consultative discovery and relationship building
- Conducting in-depth discovery to understand customer pain points, goals, and operational needs
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of abcPOS solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline and activity records using Salesforce CRM and other tools
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, New Business, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Applying proven sales methodologies to uncover urgency, drive value, and close deals
- Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position abcPOS offerings
- Providing feedback to product and leadership teams based on customer insights and market trends
- Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to management
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role (e.g., BDR, Account Executive, Business Consultant)
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Experience in a high-velocity or transactional B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong full-cycle sales skills, including discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and closing
- A consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted business advisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient attitude with strong ownership of results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)
- Experience in the food, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or SMB sectors is a plus

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Prior B2B sales experience serving restaurants, hospitality, or retail clients
