Job Overview
We are seeking an Advertising & Listings Coordinator to manage high-volume advertising and lead coordination for homes for sale and RV rentals across our portfolio of manufactured home and RV communities.
This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and follow-through. The Advertising & Listings Coordinator is responsible for creating listings, launching paid ads, routing leads to on-site sales teams, and ensuring follow-up occurs.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage home-for-sale listings on: MHVillage, Zillow And Similar, Facebook Marketplace, and Community Websites
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns for home sales
- Create and manage seasonal RV rental campaigns on platforms such as Google and Campspot
- Ensure listings remain accurate and up to date
- Route incoming leads to the correct community sales staff
- Confirm lead receipt and follow-up activity
- Track basic performance metrics and escalate missed follow-ups
- Monitor public-facing comments and reviews related to listings and ads
- Coordinate with the Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, and Web Manager
- Manage advertising sales efforts by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
- Optimize online listings using SEO best practices.
- Create compelling content for various platforms utilizing copywriting skills to engage target audiences.
- Oversee the management of websites using WordPress, HTML, and marketing automation tools to ensure content accuracy and performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage budgets for advertising campaigns ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual assets that support marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple active listings and campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with real estate, rentals, or property marketing preferred
- Comfortable coordinating with on-site sales teams
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and print advertising.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and analytics software such as Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Wix, WordPress, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
