The Sales Analyst for Multi-Channel is responsible for conducting analyses and delivering recommendations to assist the Multi-Channel Sales Leadership team in their decision-making processes, with the goal of enhancing Red Bull's sales performance and shaping the company's long-term channel strategy. While supporting the broader Multi-Channel organization, this role is primarily focused on the Drug Channel and serves as the principal analytical partner for leadership within this channel. The Sales Analyst acts as the main point of contact for account-level data within Red Bull North America's (RBNA) Multi-Channel account portfolio for designated accounts, collaborating closely with Multi-Channel national account management to provide insights and facilitate the execution of retailer and national business plans.
This role offers the option to be based in the following locations: Santa Monica, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or New York.

NATIONAL SALES DATA ANALYSIS
Conduct advanced analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team, utilizing various reports and data sources. Deliver ad hoc analyses within strict deadlines, as outlined by the designated account leaders. Support monthly reporting efforts in coordination with the Trade Finance and Business Insights teams. Develop case studies to facilitate fact-based selling across the account base. Create store target lists and recommendations based on collaboratively established parameters.
NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PARTNERSHIP
Create engaging, fact-based presentations to support Red Bull's sales team. Establish and maintain effective communication channels for the sales team and the broader organization, including monthly key account sales meetings, email updates, and regular presentations to larger teams. Build and nurture strong relationships both internally and with customers, positioning yourself as the primary resource for sales-related data and insights. Stay updated on relevant technical advancements, industry developments, and business trends that may impact the company's sales efforts. Proactively address team needs with efficiency and responsiveness, demonstrating a sense of urgency, determination, and a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead all key projects that influence the Multi-Channel and Drug landscape. Assume a leadership role in pivotal projects. Assist in identifying opportunities for the business plan. Contribute to the development of business plan presentation materials for customers. Provide ad hoc project management and support as necessary to advance growth initiatives (e.g., in-store execution analysis, case studies, business cases for additional resources to address opportunities within the core market).
TRACKING & REPORTING
Develop and implement best practices for reporting, taking responsibility for updating reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Design templates and executive summaries to monitor key Red Bull initiatives.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience in Business/Management Consulting and/or CPG products is considered an advantage.
- Strong aptitude for customer service and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, from field personnel to executive management.
- Proven track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret sales data, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, adept at multitasking, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both internal teams and external retailers.
- Skilled at simplifying technical information to build rapport, persuade stakeholders, and foster understanding.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - 108,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
