Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of company solutions and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound leads by initiating calls, qualifying

- Expect to make at least 75 phone calls per day.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ unique homeownership needs, provide expert advice, and recommend solutions that align with their goals, fostering long-term relationships.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to address questions, overcome objections, and move leads toward conversion using a consultative and client-centric approach.
- CRM Utilization: Accurately log all client interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and support team efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Inbound Sales Team Leader to refine sale techniques, share client feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed individual KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, client satisfaction) to drive team success and maximize lead ROI.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on consultative or relationship-based selling—preferably in real estate, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust and understand client needs during consultative sales conversations.
- Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through a personalized sales process with confidence and empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking processes.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and a passion for helping homeowners achieve their goals.
