Online Channel Sales Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Position Summary
The Online Channel Sales Manager is the key driver of sales and support for Human Touch’s online marketplace resellers. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and external buying partners to drive growth, enhance product visibility, improve online customer experience, and support overall channel performance, by ensuring accurate, compelling, and optimized product content across multiple digital sales channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through major online accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, Best Buy while protecting and strengthening the company brand
- Drive sales growth while retaining and developing relationships with current and potential unique online partners as well as with contracted agents supporting Amazon, Best Buy, etc. endeavors
- Manage, upload, maintain, and update product content while driving sales growth across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize product listings with online partners to improve discoverability, accessibility, and the overall online customer experience
- Partner with online buying and merchandising teams to ensure marketplace sites effectively communicate key product messages, support promotional campaigns, and highlight seasonally relevant assortments
- Respond to, and fulfill requests from, online dealers related to product data, images, content updates, and order status
- Prepare and manage detailed content spreadsheets and assets for special online events and promotional partners.
- Deliver a high level of internal and external customer service through clear, timely, and professional communication
Position Requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong background in product support, e-commerce operations, and online account management and sales
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Netsuite experience is preferred
- Prior experience supporting online marketplaces and digital sales channels strongly preferred.
