Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to our company’s continued growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, Salesforce experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
· Maintain, update, and manage customer and lead data in Salesforce
· Track sales performance, pipelines, and reports using Salesforce and Excel
· Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis in Microsoft Excel
· Assist with preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations
· Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
· Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales documentation
· Support sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a Sales Assistant, Sales Support, or similar role is a bonus
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, formulas, reporting)
· Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Great written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
