With decades of experience as an ERISA fiduciary, we deliver investment consulting services to large and mid-sized employers and holistic financial education and personal financial advice to their employees.
Duties:
· Serve as project lead for preparing annual fiduciary review documents – ensure procurement of necessary data and resources, coordinate with clients and senior consultants to complete delivery of the reports.
· The IC Analyst will identify and implement processes and procedures for continuous improvements.
· Ongoing initiatives include maintaining training modules and curriculum for client onboarding purposes and assisting relationship management with meeting materials and records.
· Both as lead in the completion of the annual fiduciary review and elsewhere in the organization, your skills in technology such as Excel and other areas will be called upon to assist in the development of firm-wide initiatives.
Preferred Requirements:
· Recent college grad, financial analysts, retail bankers, project managers, and educators encouraged to apply.
· Experience with Microsoft Office with Excel, PowerPoint being the two dominant applications for the primary job functions.
· The role is primarily internal and includes communications with clients. Professional communication abilities essential.
· Familiarity with Morningstar Direct not necessary but note in your correspondence if you have prior experience.
· This position is on-site in our Brookfield, WI office.
