Founded in 2014 by Chef Marco Canora in NYC's East Village, Brodo offers nourishing, chef-crafted bone broth to health-conscious consumers across the country via Brodo.com and Amazon. We are passionate about food, community, and building authentic connections with our customers.
We’re looking for a Community & Creator Partnerships Manager to represent Brodo with content creators, VIP customers, die-hard fans, and other potential partners.
This is a mostly work-from-home role, but you must be NYC-based to regularly meet in person with our founder and local partners for content days, activations, and relationship-building.
ANNUAL SALARY is $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

ROLE
Community Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the Brodo community, including VIPs, influencers, content creators, affiliates, and followers
- Monitor and respond to inbound DMs across all social platforms, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
- Build meaningful relationships with potential partners and existing fans through authentic engagement
- Facilitate gifting, activations, and in-person meetups to strengthen community ties
- Identify influential customers and convert passionate fans into brand evangelists and partners
Creator Partnerships & Ad Coordination
- Work closely with the Head of Growth to source dozens of partnership ads each month
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing creators, negotiation, contracts, payment processing, and content review/approval
- Brief creators on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content requirements
- Review and approve partnership content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards
Content Production Support
- Coordinate with the founder and organic social team on social ad content production and social calendar development
- Produce organic reels and digital ad content in collaboration with smaller creators
- Facilitate organic partnerships and activations that drive brand awareness and engagement
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years in community, influencer/creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing (DTC/wellness/food a plus)
- Strong relationship-building + communication skills
- Highly organized—comfortable running multiple partnerships at once
- Passion for promoting healthy, delicious, real food & drinks
- Social fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- NYC-based with flexibility for regular in-person work
