Area Sales Manager – LA / Orange County (On & Off Premise)
As we continue to expand, TSL Brands is looking to add a driven, relationship-focused Area Sales Manager to grow our portfolio across Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is ideal for someone who knows the local market, loves being in the field, and thrives at building brands account by account.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing on- and off-premise accounts across your territory, working closely with distributor partners, the TSL Portfolio and the TSL Brands team, to execute programs, secure placements, and drive sustainable sales growth. This is a hands-on, field-based role with real ownership of your market.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a book of on- and off-premise accounts in LA/OC County
- Build strong relationships with buyers, bartenders, and distributor teams
- Execute tastings, staff trainings, menus, and in-store activations
- Open new accounts and expand distribution across the portfolio
- Collaborate with distributor reps to drive focus and execution
- Track activity and results, providing regular market feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of alcohol beverage sales experience (on-prem, off-prem, or both)
- Strong knowledge of the LA / OC market
- Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for brands, hospitality, and relationship-driven selling
