Role Overview
eNGINE is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Analyst to support an organization in the final stage of a multi-year digital transformation built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as well as Supply Chain. This role will focus on sustaining and enhancing a stabilized ERP environment while enabling the business to successfully onboard new products and operational processes.
This position is ideal for a D365 professional who understands how finance and supply chain systems support the full product and inventory lifecycle and who can ensure integrated systems continue to operate effectively in a steady-state environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional resource for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes
- Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to resolve functional issues and guide effective system usage
- Assess how new products, SKUs, and inventory structures align with existing D365 configurations
- Support user acceptance testing efforts by developing scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating fixes
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows, configurations, and system usage
- Help define validation methods and controls to ensure ongoing data accuracy and system reliability
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrated system behavior across platforms
- Monitor D365 FSC updates and emerging capabilities to inform continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and inventory concepts within a D365 environment
- Experience supporting finance-centric processes within FSC
- Demonstrated involvement in UAT planning and execution
- Must have experience supporting bi-directional data flow and/or APIs between D365 and external systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
Preferred Experience
- Deeper specialization in D365 Finance modules
- Experience supporting procurement, manufacturing, or inventory management processes
- Background in post-implementation or steady-state ERP environments
- Exposure to environments introducing new products into an established ERP ecosystem

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
