Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, plugged-in, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to help shape how Zèya shows up in the world. This is a part-time contractor role (~20 hrs/week). You must be based in Miami. You will create content that feels native, engage the community, and help shape how Zéya shows up as a brand.
Location and schedule
- Location: Hybrid, Miami, Florida
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Flexibility: Local events require time flexibility
- Commute: Must be living in Miami
- Portfolio: Nice to have for the interview
What will you do:
- Work on day-to-day content creation and social media management (Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Help craft our brand voice through video, memes, stories, and UGC campaigns
- Plan and attend local events, swap meetups, and community activations
- Engage directly with users and foster local groups and communities.
- Help scale Zèya’s presence by creating authentic, viral content
What we are looking for
- Passionate about secondhand, sustainability, or creative commerce
- Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on camera
- Able to work flexible hours (events, drops, campaigns)
- Deeply embedded in Miami culture and Gen Z energy
Nice to have
- Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar
- Experience with event coverage, street style, or community-based content
- Experience building UGC loops, challenges, and creator collaborations
