Marketing Manger

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives for the firm. This role is fully in-office at our headquarters in Brickell, Miami.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused — capable of owning marketing automation, social media strategy, executive brand development, public relations, event coordination, and all graphic design deliverables. This person will work closely with leadership and our AI advisory team to continuously optimize systems, visibility, and brand positioning.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and company growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market visibility
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals
Social Media & Executive Brand Management
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence
- Manage and optimize executive team LinkedIn profiles
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategy
- Draft posts, thought leadership content, and company updates
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and blog content for the executive team
- Plan and conceptualize podcast topics, short-form videos, and Reels
- Coordinate and direct in-office podcast and video production
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine content strategy
Email Marketing, Automation & AI Optimization
- Manage all email marketing campaigns and drip campaigns (including Dripify and related platforms)
- Develop automated outreach and nurturing sequences
- Segment audiences and optimize targeting strategies
- Work closely with the company’s AI advisory team to improve automation, personalization, and campaign performance
- Track analytics and optimize open rates, conversions, and engagement
Public Relations & Communications
- Draft press releases announcing completed deals, company milestones, and major updates
- Coordinate distribution of press releases and media outreach
- Ensure consistent messaging across public communications
Events & Industry Presence
- Stay informed on relevant industry conferences, networking events, sponsorship opportunities, and trade shows
- Identify strategic opportunities for company participation
- Coordinate event materials, sponsorship deliverables, and marketing assets
- Lead branding efforts for trade show tables, booths, and promotional materials
Graphic Design & Marketing Deliverables
- Lead all graphic design efforts for company materials, including:
- Pitch decks and presentations
- Offering memorandums
- Brochures and investor materials
- Social media graphics
- Email graphics
- Trade show displays and event collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Translate complex information into visually compelling and professional materials
- Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) to execute deliverables
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn (company and executive profiles)
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools (Dripify experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong copywriting and ghostwriting skills
- Experience drafting professional press releases
- Experience coordinating event marketing and sponsorship materials
- Video production and editing experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working directly with executives in an in-office environment
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
