TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Operations II Analyst (Mid Level).
- High level of experience working in a blended environment utilizing online tools such as Microsoft Teams to communicate and perform tasking. Familiar with software: The contractor will routinely utilize tools and applications to complete tasking. These include, but are not limited to:
- Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO), Microsoft O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Visio), Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Insights), Microsoft Stream and Adobe Premiere Pro for videos, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Primavera Scheduling, Atlassian Confluence Wiki, Atlassian Jira, Tableau Software, Waypoints (for workforce development services), Cameo System Modeler, Advana with Qlik interfaces, UiPath to run automations, and SAP Enterprise Resource
- Planning (ERP), also known as Navy-ERP. The applications listed may grow and or change based on competency business needs.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active secret clearance, or the ability to acquire one
- B.S. degree and 5 years of experience
- High level of experience working in a blended environment and utilizing online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to communicate and perform tasking.
- Routinely uses a wide range of tools and applications to complete assignments, including:
- Microsoft Suite: Teams, SharePoint Online (SPO), O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio)
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Insights
- Media Tools: Microsoft Stream and Adobe Premiere Pro for video creation and editing
- Project & Task Management: Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Primavera Scheduling
- Atlassian Tools: Confluence Wiki, Jira
- Analytics & Data Visualization: Tableau Software, Advana with Qlik interfaces
- Workforce Development Tools: Waypoints
- Modeling & Automation: Cameo System Modeler, UiPath for automation
- Enterprise Resource Planning: SAP ERP (Navy-ERP)
- Adaptable to evolving technology needs; application usage may expand or change based on business requirements.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
