- Create engaging and intuitive designs for internal tools utilized by thousands of users.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of top-quality designs.
- Produce clear and effective copy to enhance usability and user experience.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve long-term design goals through phased iterations.
- Proven experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience integrating AI into UX/UI designs.
- Familiarity with data analysis and statistics.
