Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Bellevue, WA Headquarters
Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
We’re looking for a talented and self-driven
part-time Graphic Designer (approximately 20 hours per week) with a strong eye for layout, branding, and usability to create high-quality real estate marketing content. This role focuses on designing emails, landing pages, print materials, and social assets used by real estate agents within our proprietary software platform.
You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team while independently producing polished, on-brand content that agents can easily customize and deploy.

Your Next Opportunity
- Design engaging marketing assets for real estate agents, including:
- Print materials (flyers, postcards, brochures, signage)
- Social media graphics and campaigns
- Design multi-touch campaigns built across coordinated marketing templates
- Create scalable, reusable designs optimized for use within proprietary software
- Translate brand guidelines into flexible, agent-friendly templates
- Work independently to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with product, and Creative teams to align design with business goals
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, performance, and industry trends
What Qualifies You?
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Canva, including creating templates for non-designers
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both digital and print
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
- A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization and consistency
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience designing real estate or marketing content
- Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive layouts
- Experience designing templates for SaaS or marketing platforms
- Understanding of how agents use marketing tools in real-world scenarios
