FixerUp is building a mobile-first home services platform. We’re looking for a contract Product / UX Designer with strong visual taste who can help us create a polished, modern consumer app experience.
What you’ll do- Design key product flows and high-quality mobile UI for our app
- Turn rough ideas and product requirements into clear, thoughtful user experiences
- Create visuals that make the product feel polished, intuitive, and not boring
- Work closely with the founder to iterate quickly on product concepts and features
- Help shape the overall design direction and visual quality of the product
What we’re looking for- Strong visual design skills for consumer-facing mobile products
- Ability to create clean, modern, high-quality interfaces
- Good product thinking and UX judgment, not just screen decoration
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and iterate quickly
Preferred skills- Strong iOS and Android app design experience
- Experience with marketplace or service platform products
- Ability to create motion or interaction work in Rive
