Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a UX Researcher V to join their team. As a UX Researcher V, you will be part of the User Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to enhancing product design and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Seattle, WA
Pay Range: 70-85/hr
8 month contract
What's the Job?
- Plan and conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, diary studies, and usability testing based on project needs
- Develop detailed research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and study materials aligned with project objectives
- Analyze research findings, identify key themes, and synthesize insights to inform product strategies
- Communicate research results effectively through reports, presentations, and stakeholder-facing deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Data Science to ensure research insights are integrated into decision-making processes
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience conducting user research within industry, agency, or consulting environments
- Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to select appropriate research methods and execute end-to-end research projects from planning to synthesis and presentation
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the capacity to translate research into actionable recommendations
- Experience using AI-enabled tools responsibly to support research workflows, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
