What You’ll Do
Sample & Inventory Management
- Own the day-to-day management of all physical samples in office, including organizing and maintaining the product sample closet.
- Create and maintain a clear labeling, logging and inventory system for all samples, ensuring samples are properly stored, documented and easy to locate at all times.
- Track all incoming innovation samples from factory partners.
- Effectively communicate new and updated samples to cross-functional teams, including sharing status updates, key details, and availability to support internal reviews and client meetings.
Showroom Merchandising
- Merchandise, maintain and refresh the Twelve showroom to reflect seasonal narratives and new innovations that are visually cohesive and presentation ready.
- Partner with Innovation and internal teams to ensure featured samples are accurate, up to date, and aligned with team initiatives.
- Prepare the showroom for internal reviews, client meetings, and walkthroughs as needed.
Client Meeting Support
- Prepare samples for all client meetings, presentations, and internal reviews.
- Ensure samples are prepared accurately, efficiently, and returned/logged post-meeting.
- Coordinate internal sample requests across all teams as needed.
Product Development Support
- Work closely with the Innovation Team leads to support new sample creation.
- Communicate with factory partners regarding sample status, updates, tracking, and requests.
- Log product details, including photography, costing, and specifications.
- Assist in organizing updates throughout the sample development process.
Who You Are
- Passionate about physical product, design, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Eager to learn, proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Comfortable working hands-on with physical product.
- Must be able to work in the office five days a week.
Compensation: $20-$22/ hour depending on experience
