We’re growing and we’re kicking butt. The Tank Brewing Co. is expanding across Miami and we’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help drive the momentum. If you love the beer industry, thrive in the field, and enjoy building relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors — this is your shot.
What You’ll Do
- Grow sales, volume, and new accounts in an assigned territory
- Execute monthly sales strategy, routing, and brand priorities
- Manage inventory, freshness, and quality standards
- Support distributor teams with communication, programming & POS
- Sell in new brands/packages & support sell-through
- Activate events, tastings, and launches (nights + weekends as needed)
- Represent The Tank in the wild with energy, knowledge, and passion
Who You Are
- Outgoing, competitive, and relationship-driven
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Strong communicator with customer-first mindset
- Passion for beer + beer culture
- Bilingual preferred
- 2–3 years beverage sales experience preferred
- Must be 21+ with valid Driver’s License
