LeadVenture is seeking a Brand Advisor to join our ThumbStopper team in Tampa, FL! This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
The Brand Advisor plays a critical role inonboarding new brands, managing existing brand relationships, and handling brand requests. Candidates must have digital marketing experience, and industry experience (powersports, marine, RV, automotive, agriculture, etc.) is a plus.
What You’ll Do
Brand Success
- Onboard new brands and maintain existing brand accounts in ThumbStopper.
- Manage brand content and approvals for retailer networks.
- Monitor and report on brand health metrics (content fulfillment, retailer connections, program growth).
- Assist with business reviews, co-op/billing reports, and key client communications.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and reporting issues/bugs.
Accountability Metrics
- Number of brands managed
- Content approval rates
- Retailer engagement and program health
- Meeting or exceeding contract requirements for subscribed retailers
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have digital marketing experience (essential)
- Have 4+ years in customer service or client-facing roles
- Can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Are proficient with Salesforce, ThumbStopper, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Slack
- Industry experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Ability to lift 10+ pounds
