Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your book of business with a focus on new client acquisition and retention with support from our Senior Advisors
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions and recommend tailored solutions
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Utilize company-provided leads, tools, and resources to drive business growth
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or a minimum of two years of experience in financial services.
- License and Certifications (Preferred): CFP, CFA, 2-14, or Series 65
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Monday to Friday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- Must be a US citizen
Benefits:
- Advisor Compensation Options: W-2 position with a $30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, or a 1099 independent contractor role offering 100% commission
