As we expand our use of artificial intelligence and automation, we are seeking an AI Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions across our business.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to help Kashtax integrate AI tools into tax preparation, client onboarding, CRM workflows, marketing, and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both AI technology and business processes, particularly within financial services, tax, or compliance-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current Kashtax workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation
- Design and implement AI solutions (chatbots, document processing, CRM automation, data analysis, etc.)
- Assist with AI tools for client communication, appointment scheduling, and lead qualification
- Develop AI-powered SOPs and internal training documentation
- Ensure AI implementations align with IRS compliance, data privacy, and security standards
- Advise leadership on AI strategy, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Support pilot projects and ongoing optimization of AI systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AI Consultant, Automation Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, LLMs, automation platforms, CRM integrations, etc.)
- Experience implementing AI in real-world business environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
- Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tax services, accounting, finance, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with IRS processes, tax workflows, or financial compliance
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools
- Consulting or advisory background
- Ability to train non-technical staff on AI usage
