About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team. As a Talent Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in all elements of talent management and deal execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the entertainment industry and creator economy, who is eager to learn and grow within a boutique agency environment. This position will report directly to the CEO and Talent Manager for CEO’s roster.
Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is to provide support to Lulu Creative’s Founder/CEO as well as the Talent Manager in the execution of all elements of branded content campaigns and the day-to-day operations of Lulu Creative. Key duties will include:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of influencers, including communication, scheduling, and cross-functional administrative tasks.
- Support the Talent Management team in securing and executing brand partnerships, including but not limited to pitch writing, outreach, building contact lists, ensuring the smooth flow of active campaigns, and taking full responsibility for invoicing completed partnerships.
- Maintain and update Talent Roster, databases, and pitch decks ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, including followers, stats, brand deals, etc.
- Handle administrative tasks, including updating deal trackers, creating campaign summaries, and managing the CEO's calendar.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and rising stars in the social media field.
- Conduct industry research to enhance knowledge of brand partnerships and create opportunities for talent.
- Assist management in maintaining accurate records of influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Assist the team in updating social channels regularly.
- Provide 360º support to CEO/Founder.
Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent.
- Obsessed with all things influencer and social media with a deep understanding of the ever-changing social landscape
- Relevant experience as a coordinator at a talent management agency
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with talent and industry professionals alike.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and responsibilities.
