Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Advertising Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns including digital, print, and social media advertising.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage content updates via WordPress and HTML coding.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling content for blogs, email marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and advertising materials using copywriting skills.
- Manage advertising sales efforts through targeted campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook Advertising.
- Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing initiatives.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to design visual assets for digital ads, social media posts, and print advertising materials.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Track campaign ROI and prepare reports to measure success against KPIs related to performance marketing and e-commerce growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns.
- Familiarity with advertising sales techniques and B2B marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.
- Excellent research skills combined with copywriting ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
