In these roles, you will be at the forefront of construction management, overseeing project execution from planning through completion. Your expertise will drive efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and uphold the highest standards of engineering and technical excellence. What You Will Do:

- Lead and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing tools such as Project Management software and Project Scheduling techniques.
- Prepare and review construction estimates using Construction Estimating methods and tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and Schematics.
- Oversee construction inspection processes to verify compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare technical documentation including reports, drawings, schematics, and construction inspection records with a focus on clarity and precision through Technical Writing and Drafting skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project engineering tasks involving Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Land Surveying.
- Conduct construction management activities that include scheduling coordination, resource allocation, procurement oversight, and progress tracking.
- Ensure quality control through rigorous construction inspection procedures while maintaining safety standards across all phases of work.
What You Need:
- Construction Manager at least 5 (five) years of experience.
- Civil Engineer at least 5 (five) years of experience & bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Electrical Engineer at least 5 (five) years of experience & bachelor's degree in engineering.
- General Engineer at least 5 (five) years of experience & a bachelor's degree in engineering.
- GIS Analyst at least 5 (five) years of experience.
- Ability to pass background check level of Public Trust
- US Citizen OR Green Card holder residing in the United States for at least three years.
