Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, relationship-driven individual to represent our office in the community and help bring new patients into the practice through face-to-face marketing and outreach.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- loves talking to people
- is comfortable initiating conversations
- enjoys being out of the office, not behind a desk
- believes in education over sales
- is a self-starter, critical thinker, and an innovator
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and attend external marketing events, including:
- spinal screenings
- health fairs
- community events
- business pop-ins
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, and organizations
- Schedule and host lunch & learns and educational talks
- Collect leads and help schedule new patient appointments
- Track outreach activity and submit weekly reports
- Represent the office’s mission, values, and professionalism at all times
Performance Expectations
- 3–5 community events per week
- 10–15 new business outreach touches weekly
- Consistent lead collection and follow-up
- Clear documentation of activity and results
Success is measured by activity, conversion, and contribution to new patient volume—not pressure-based sales.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
- Hourly Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: $500–$1,000 potential based on KPIs
- Paid training and clear onboarding provided
Ideal Candidate
- Warm, confident, and professional communicator
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Reliable transportation required
- Prior outreach, event, or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Prefer desk work over in-person interaction
- Dislike initiating conversations
- Want commission-only or high-pressure sales compensation
- Need constant supervision to stay productive
- Needs a list of tasks
- Doesn't know how to organize time or systems
