Growing boutique investment banking & business valuation advisory firm seeks to hire an experienced Analyst or Associate to help manage the firm's book of active business valuation and merger & acquisition advisory engagements. The individual should have significant business valuation experience. The successful Analyst/Associate will have CVA, ASA, or similar valuation credential and significant client engagement and project management skills as well as the following:
- 1-3 years of business valuation and/or merger & acquisition advisory experience
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high quality client documents and materials in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
- High performance mindset and willingness to do whatever it takes attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from start to finish
- Provide high level of client service and engagement
- Manage and train Analysts and Interns who support client engagements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of business valuation experience
- CVA, ASA, or similar valuation credential
- Significant client engagement and project management skills
