Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Estimator to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!

Your day-to-day will involve preparing estimates related to bid proposals and working closely with designers, contractors, and internal teams. Estimates produced will encompass everything required to deliver a complete project, including raw materials costing, technology research, in-house labor for all production departments, procuring vendor quotes, on-site labor requirements, logistics, etc. We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities with ease, has a knack for problem-solving, and can communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ability to take direction, mentor others, and contribute to a team-oriented culture is essential.

- Experience: 5+ years of estimating experience in construction, signage, or custom fabrication with knowledge of materials, methods, and how architectural elements are built
- Educational Background: Degree in Construction, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Client Relations: Excellence in communication and customer service in client-facing environments
- Technical Skills: Skilled in bid preparation, cost research, and supplier/subcontractor evaluation
- Collaboration: Ability to work with project managers, engineers, and fabricators
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed
- Sense of Humor and Communication Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Pride in Work: Take ownership of your role and deliver top-notch work with consistency
