Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate new business through door-to-door outreach, local networking, community-based sales efforts and inbound inquiries. This role is ideal for someone confident in face-to-face conversations and comfortable representing a premium brand.
Contract & Growth Path
- 1099 independent contractor role for an initial 90-day term
- Contractors who meet performance and reporting standards may be considered for part-time or full-time W-2 employment after 90 days
Compensation
- $1,500/month base performance pay (paid at 30, 60, and 90 days if criteria are met)
- $150 per booked and paid consultation
- 5% commission on all sales you originate and close
- No cap on earnings
Performance Expectations
- Weekly activity minimums (doors knocked, outbound calls, follow-ups)
- Inbound leads responded to within 24 hours (next business day for weekends)
- Weekly reporting is mandatory
- All activity must be logged and verifiable in Zoho
- Missed reports or undocumented activity disqualify compensation for that period
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
- Introduce Ariid Group’s design, build, and furnishing services
- Qualify homeowners and schedule consultations
- Maintain professional, polished brand representation
- Track and report all activity weeklyQualifications
- Experience in door-to-door, real estate, home services, or direct sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and performance-oriented
- Reliable transportation and local availability
- Interest in design or construction is a plus
