Positions Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Coordinator located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Coordinator will provide sales support to our commercial Broker / Manufacturing representatives across North America as well as End-User customers. Collaborate cross functionally to drive the commercial sales business across all industries. The role will be a key player in the shaping of the future of our business.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaboration with our Broker / Manufacturing representatives across North America
- Build relationships with our distributor partners to ensure alignment of company vision
- Build and manage direct reseller relationships
- Manage Trade Show calendar and execution
- Layout design & configuration collaboration with Brokers as well as distributor partners
- Track and analysis of sales leads
- Manage inbound order transactions
- Clear and Concise communication with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to uphold commercial excellence
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
The role also involves serving as a vital link between the sales department and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations supports seamless workflow and accurate order processing.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to address customer inquiries and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Sales and a demonstrated ability to assist in driving growth and meeting sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Excel; familiarity with other sales tools and platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
