Role Description
We are hiring a part time Fashion Assistant for an in person, hands on role working with the Creative Director in Los Angeles. You will support day to day studio operations across product, production, and e commerce, to help keep everything moving with care and precision.
In this role, you will gain experience across many areas of the brand as a part of a growing global team.
Responsibilities
Design + Product Development:
- Support early design concepts (research, sketch assistance)
- Assist with tech packs, BOMs, fittings, and sample rounds
- Support production follow ups and vendor communication
Studio Operations + E Commerce:
- Sample organization, press pulls, check in and check out, inventory tracking
- Packing and shipping, returns, basic product uploads and updates
- Maintain trackers and digital organization (Drive / Sheets)
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
Shoots + Styling Support:
- Assist on set and help prep looks
- Support production and organization around shoots
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Exceptional organization skills to manage inventory, fabric library and digital files
- Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in luxury product, materials, and construction
- Proactive and willing to learn new systems
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Previous retail or fashion-related experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Fashion school or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Must be based in Los Angeles
