Sales Development Representative (SDR)
San Francisco | In-Office (5 days/week)
$70,000 Base + $30,000 Commission (OTE $100,000)
Selr.io is hiring a Sales Development Representative on behalf of one of our high-growth SaaS clients based in San Francisco. This is an in-office role, working directly with a fast-moving sales team at a company building products used by modern SaaS businesses.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in the company’s revenue growth. This is a high-activity, high-learning role with clear progression into Account Executive or other revenue roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and outbounding to target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives
- Researching accounts to tailor outreach and personalize messaging
- Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
- Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams
- Consistently hitting (and exceeding) activity and revenue targets
- Learning the product, market, and sales process inside a SaaS business
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or high-performance roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Coachable, competitive, and resilient mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in SaaS sales
- Prior SDR or BDR experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 base salary ($100,000 OTE)
