We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our wholesale business by owning order execution from entry through shipment. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate order processing and a first-class experience for our wholesale and dropship customers.
What You’ll Do
• Enter and manage wholesale and dropship orders in BlueCherry ERP
• Confirm orders with customers and track them through shipment
• Partner with Ops/Logistics to troubleshoot and resolve order issues
• Support the Sales team with order status, updates, and issue resolution
• Deliver responsive, detail-oriented customer service to wholesale accounts
• Use Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data transforms) for order tracking and reconciliation
• Assist with samples, product copy, care instructions, and customer documentation
What You Bring
• Hands-on BlueCherry experience (required)
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and data cleanup
• Experience supporting wholesale or B2B customers
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear communicator comfortable working cross-functionally
Nice to Have
• Shopify experience
• Familiarity with Mirakl and/or DSCO
• Apparel or consumer goods background
• Dropship program experience
