Digital Marketing Specialist – Marine Sales Industry
(SEO, Paid Ads, Predictive Analytics)
Location: Multiple outlets on the east coast
Full‑Time, 50% Remote, 50% on site.
Are you passionate about boating, marine products, and data‑driven marketing? Our established marine sales company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to expand our online presence and drive high‑quality leads for boat sales, repower sales, marine services, and dealership growth.
About the Role
You will lead and execute digital strategy for a fast‑growing marine dealership, optimizing online visibility, digital advertising performance, and customer engagement across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical thinking, advanced data tracking, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the boating and marine retail space.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute advanced SEO strategies to improve rankings for key marine sales terms (boats for sale, boat dealership, outboard motors, marine services).
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, marine marketplaces), focusing on lead generation and cost‑per‑click efficiency.
- Create compelling content for boat listings, landing pages, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Implement advanced tracking, including GA4, event tracking, UTM structures, CRM tracking, and multi‑touch attribution.
- Build and refine predictive analytics models to forecast seasonal boating trends and buyer behavior.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, cost per lead, ROAS, organic traffic growth, and lead quality.
- Run A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad performance optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and management to support dealership goals and marine retail initiatives.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in e‑commerce, retail marketing, and / or the marine industry.
· Advanced marketing degree
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· Advanced skills in SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising management.
·Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and advertising platforms.
· Experience in data analysis, tracking setup, predictive modeling, or marketing automation.
· Strong writing and content creation skills for marine products and lifestyle audiences.
· Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Ability to travel to multiple locations, and events approximately 50% of the time and work remote approximately 50% of the time.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
