Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the Real Estate Investment Financing environments. The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for growth and partnership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research
- Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company goals and client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including technical sales and solutions presentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Utilize CRM tool (close.com) to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management
- Provide tailored solutions by understanding client requirements and leveraging product or service offerings
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and account growth initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, technology sales trends, and competitive landscape
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively
- Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, and account management
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess market opportunities, and develop strategic plans
- Ability to conduct effective warm calling campaigns to generate new leads
- Marketing knowledge to support branding efforts and lead generation strategies
