POSITION SUMMARY
Are you a highly skilled Production Artist with exceptional layout, typesetting, and file-prep abilities? This role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced creative department producing high-quality print and digital artwork for major brands and internal initiatives.
We are seeking a Production Artist to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you will prepare final production-ready files, support Art Directors, manage assets, and ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards. This position requires strong Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal revision cycles.
This is an on-site position located at our Katy, TX headquarters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute high-quality typesetting, layout design, and file preparation
- Manage, organize, and maintain design file structures
- Collect, prepare, and package assets for both print and digital production
- Perform photo manipulation and retouching with precision
- Collaborate with Art Directors to refine concepts and produce final deliverables
- Prepare artwork for various formats including print, web, and digital media
- Apply above-average creative conceptual abilities to support design direction
- Use project management software to track tasks and maintain workflow accuracy
- Meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with the creative team
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving
- Produce high-quality work requiring minimal revisions
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) on Mac
- Strong skills in photo manipulation and retouching
- Comprehensive understanding of CMYK color processes and print production standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
