About The Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the Plant-Based Food Industry, is looking for a skilled
Associate Brand Manager, International to join their team for a 5+ month engagement. This project involves driving new product innovation from ideation to launch, overseeing creative development for European and APAC markets, and leading product commercialization planning and P&L management for international brand strategy. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Innovation Planning: Drive the new product development process from ideation through launch, coordinating logistics, system inputs, and product communications.
- Creative Development: Oversee internal creative teams and external partners to deliver world-class packaging and creative assets, managing artwork development for Retail & Foodservice Channels across European and APAC markets.
- Commercialization Strategy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to create impactful sales materials and go-to-market strategies tailored to local market needs.
- Financial Management: Take ownership of monthly budget tracking, purchase order (PO) creation, spend reconciliation, and vendor payments to ensure fiscal goals are met.
- Documentation: Maintain and update core brand documentation, including Master Product Overviews and International SKU trackers.
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of experience in Innovation, Marketing, or Strategy within a consumer brand (preferred).
- Deep expertise in strategic brand management, cross-functional collaboration, and the product commercialization process. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information and deliver compelling recommendations to align leadership.
- Strong project management capabilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
