Job Summary
This role directly supports the Sr. Director, Global Retail Operations and provides assistance to the Sr. Director, Sales Operations EMEA as needed. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker who can meet deadlines in a pressurized environment. The candidate should be a team player, extremely motivated, resourceful, organized, communicative, and able to handle multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Oversee inventory of retail supplies and assist with replenishment
- Manage vendor invoices and monitor payment schedules
- Provide general administrative support, which includes but not limited to creating, maintaining and editing documents, spreadsheets, files and training presentations
- Schedule, prepare and attend internal meetings to include preparing agendas and follow up action items for meetings
- Prepare and maintain presentations and retail operations training materials
- Coordinate all arrangements for trainings and seminars
- Prepare and organize all materials for new Salon openings and renovations, coordinate delivery and monitor checklists
- Keeps meeting notes and communicate frequently about projects and schedules
- Full knowledge of retail policies, operating procedures and ability to execute their practical implementation in a retail environment
- Record and report global Salon business hours and foot traffic monthly
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Ability to interface well with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
- Experience in retail operations with logistics experience preferred
- Must have superior skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision
- Possess excellent proofreading and spelling skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
