Role Purpose
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using
React, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple client and internal projects. This
evergreen role supports the creation of a reusable frontend talent bench.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications using React and modern frontend practices.
- Work closely with backend, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver complete features.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional, reusable components.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes.
- Adapt quickly to new projects, requirements, and technical stacks.
Requirements
Core Technical Requirements
- Strong experience developing applications with React.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with Git and team-based development workflows.
Nice-to-Have / Adjacent Skills
- Experience with Angular or Vue.
- Basic backend knowledge (.NET, Node.js).
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks.
- Understanding of performance optimization and web best practices.
