About Us
We are a Honolulu-based product company launching a new line of 3D printed products, including toys, keychains, and precision-fit car accessories. We are building an in-house 3D printing department and are looking for a full-time team member to lead it.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both designing in CAD and running 3D printers to produce real products that will be sold online and in stores.
What You’ll Do
You will work directly with the owner to:
- Operate and manage multiple FDM 3D printers
- Turn product ideas into print-ready STL/3MF files
- Design articulating / print-in-place models
- Optimize parts for multicolor printing and no supports
- 3D scan vehicle interiors and model precision-fit car accessories
- Test prints, refine tolerances, and improve designs
- Organize files, slicing profiles, and printer workflow
- Help build and scale our 3D printed product line from the ground up
This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who
- Loves 3D printing and CAD design

- Likes working with both computers and machines
Requirements
- Experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
- Familiarity with FDM 3D printing
- Understanding of tolerances, wall thickness, and overhangs
- Ability to create clean, print-ready models
- Comfortable learning 3D scanning workflows
Bonus if you:
- Own a 3D printer
- Have uploaded models to Printables / Thingiverse / MakerWorld
- Have experience with 3D scanners or photogrammetry
- Have experience with Bambu, Prusa, or similar printers
Pay & Schedule
- Full-time position
- $50,000–$60,000 per year depending on experience
- Located in Honolulu
- Hands-on work in our production warehouse in Kakaako.
