Established real estate and property management firm seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Administrator to support our sales, leasing, and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce property fact sheets, brochures, and marketing packages using MS Publisher and/or Adobe InDesign
- Create advertisements for newspapers, web platforms, and magazine publications
- Maintain and update listings on platforms such as LoopNet
- Research property data using MLS and public record databases including Hawaii Information Service
- Prepare proposals and marketing materials for sales and leasing presentations
- Maintain internal database of company listings (sale and lease)
- Update company website and social media platforms
- Assist with general marketing and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years marketing, real estate, or related experience preferred
- College degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe InDesign strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Hawaii real estate market a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,750.00 - $4,000.00 per month
