What You’ll Do
- Learn and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Assist in managing daily sales operations and performance tracking
- Participate in face-to-face marketing, sales, and outreach initiatives
- Shadow and support Sales Managers with team development and coaching
- Analyze sales metrics and contribute to strategy improvements
- Attend industry events and professional development trainings
- Progressively take on leadership responsibilities as part of the management training program
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation with a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City office
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus (but not required)
