Role Description
H&H Group USA is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) to help drive sales performance through best-in-class analytics, reporting, and order process management. This role is a key partner to our Sales and Leadership teams, delivering insights and operational excellence that support our retail partners.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Vice President, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be based in our Riverside, MO headquarters and will play a hands-on role in improving sales execution, customer service, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Provide scan-based trading and order management oversight to support sales performance and retail execution.
- Deliver actionable analytics, insights, and reporting to the sales and leadership team.
- Support POS replenishment and ongoing sales performance tracking.
- Serve as a resident expert on H&H’s internal technology platforms.
- Train and support internal users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of reporting and analytics tools.
- Leverage external partners and resources to help optimize system performance and data accuracy.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in business analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, or related business role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and performance data.
- Experience working with BI tools, ERP systems, or sales reporting platforms (Qlik, Axapta, Business Central, or similar preferred).
- CPG experience would be a plus.

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning/manipulation).
- Familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing competing deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues early and address proactively.
- Resilient and adaptable problem-solver in a changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
