As a Vacation Phone Sales Representative, your main role will be to connect with potential customers over the phone and help them book their ideal vacation packages. You will guide them through the available destinations, accommodations, activities, and special offers, all while providing excellent customer service and a seamless booking experience. This is a high-energy, fast-paced position ideal for someone who loves travel and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to identify their travel needs and preferences.
- Offer tailored vacation packages that meet customers’ desires for destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Close sales by effectively presenting package details, addressing customer concerns, and providing clear, persuasive information.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional travel services like upgrades, tours, and special add-ons to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking calls, bookings, and customer preferences.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on current promotions, new destinations, and seasonal offers to provide customers with the latest travel options.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (ideally in a call center, travel, or retail environment) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Passion for travel and a strong desire to help people create amazing vacation memories.
- Customer-focused attitude, always looking to provide the best possible service and solutions for each individual client.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
