As the CRAFair Lending Officer at One Community Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commitment to community reinvestment and fair lending practices. Your expertise will guide the development, administration, and maintenance of our CRA and Fair Lending programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Act as a key liaison with regulators, senior management, and community stakeholders while working closely with the VP Compliance on UDAAP regulations. You will manage CRA program initiatives, lead quarterly committee meetings, and ensure the bank meets its community credit obligations. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, overseeing Fair Lending compliance, and providing training to colleagues at all levels.

To thrive as the CRAFair Lending Officer at One Community Bank, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience in bank compliance or regulatory functions. A strong command of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending laws (ECOA, FHA, HMDA) is essential, as well as expertise in CRA data collection, HMDA reporting, and analytics. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and integrate it into business practices.
Key skills include strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with compliance monitoring tools, HMDA/CRA software, and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
