JOB TITLE: Trainee, Retail Onboarding & Training
REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Training
Job Purpose
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Retail Onboarding and Training Trainee supports the Retail Onboarding and Training teams in delivering a seamless, engaging, and elevated experience for new hires and retail teams. The mission of the department is to drive focus on clients and associates by reducing, simplifying, and standardizing processes while optimizing business performance. By working closely with cross-functional partners, the Trainee supports both short- and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative support, content creation, reporting, and project-based work related to onboarding, training, and education initiatives. Trainees will collaborate across departments to develop initiatives that improve business results and may present projects to Executive Leadership.
Job responsibilities
- Create content and design training and onboarding materials following the vision and formatting standards of the department
- Assist in planning and organization of training and onboarding events, styling shoots surrounding collection launches, and provide on-site support (extended hours applicable)
- Support creation of PowerPoint decks, digital content, tools, and launch decks for onboarding trainings, LMS platform, and new tools or processes
- Provide effective communication and follow-up of tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to teams
- Innovate ideas and tools to deliver a top-tier experience for retail new hires, including partnering with external vendors
- Generate reports and monitor utilization of training and onboarding tools, LMS engagement, and e-learning usage
- Maintain knowledge and oversee the onboarding and training spaces within the internal retail app
- Responsible for department’s administrative tasks including calendar management, training logistics, shipping and receiving, vendor coordination, gifting, styling shoots, and training sample tracking and loans
Profile
- At least 6 months of prior experience
- Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027
- Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- Strong English communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent follow-through practices
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Adobe photoshop experience is a plus

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
