Job Title: Junior Manager, Fan Engagement

A little bit about our team:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Manager, Fan Engagement to join Warner Music Group’s Global Marketing team.
Your role:
The Junior Manager, Fan Engagement (LA) will play a key role in delivering Warner Music Group’s CRM and direct-to-fan campaigns across email and mobile channels. As part of the Global Marketing team, this role supports the execution of high-volume campaigns that connect artists directly with their fans worldwide.
The role requires hands-on CRM and email production experience, attention to detail and a passion for music marketing. Working closely with label stakeholders and the global Fan Engagement team, the Junior Manager will ensure campaigns are built, tested and deployed to the highest standard, while contributing to best practices that make WMG’s direct-to-fan marketing more effective.
Here you’ll get to:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Build, test and deploy email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns for artists across WMG labels globally.
- Collaborate with label stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control across all campaign assets and workflows.
Support for CRM Strategy
- Develop and maintain campaign templates and examples that raise standards and streamline future planning.
- Contribute to fan-first marketing strategies that help labels grow and monetize their audiences.
- Support the adoption of best practices in campaign execution across the company.
Data & Insights
- Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance to help improve engagement and ROI.
- Support the wider Fan Engagement and Audience teams in ensuring fan data is accurate, segmented and actionable.
- Assist in monitoring how fans interact with campaigns to refine targeting and content.
Tools & Processes
- Gain proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WMG’s broader marketing technology stack.
- Use project management tools (e.g. Airtable, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to manage campaign workflows.
- Stay current on new features and updates to tools, recommending improvements where relevant.
About you:
- You have 2-3 years’ experience in CRM or campaign production (email/SMS/WhatsApp), ideally in music or consumer-facing industries.
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- You have working knowledge of HTML/CSS/SQL.
- You are comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You are proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- You have experience with project management software (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
- You are detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality control.
- You have passion for music and the artist-fan relationship, with a clear understanding of the role email plays in direct-to-fan marketing.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. Salary Range: LA: $70,304 to $75,000 Annually; NYC: $66,300 to $75,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
